• Loan Amounts: $500,000 to $5,000,000
• 90-Day Rate Locks
• Fixed Interest Rates as low as 4.350%*
• Variable Rate Options as low as 2.40% (6 Month LIBOR)**
• Fixed Rate Terms up to 15 Years
• Loan-To-Value up to 75% on Purchases (Up to 70% on Refinances)***
• Now Lending in California, Oregon, and Washington
• Special exemptions may be made for other states. Please call for details.

*Fixed Interest Rates ranging from 4.350% to 8.591% depending on property type and financial strength of borrower. The initial fixed rate is subject to change daily until an Option to Lock the Interest Rate is exercised.

**Interest rates will adjust quarterly with a .50% periodic cap, a life of loan cap of 11.00%, and a floor equal to the start rate on the loan.
